Keynote

Prof. Alona Revko, Doctor of Economic Sciences,
serves as an Academic Visitor at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is a Fellow of the British Academy. She is also an SCR Member at Worcester College, University of Oxford, and a Professor at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine.
Her research focuses on social entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems and leadership in extreme contexts. She has over 13 years of teaching experience and has delivered Collaborative Leadership sessions within Oxford's Impact Lab, Theory of Change workshops for Oxford University Innovation, and served as Lead Tutor of the intensive programme "PPE: Leadership in Politics, Business and Society."
She has contributed as Lead Collaborator to Ukraine's National Social Entrepreneurship Development Strategy (2022–2024), developed leadership programmes for former military personnel within the "Norway-Ukraine" initiative, and worked as a Facilitator for the British Council's "Active Citizens" programme.

Mikolaj Pindelski PhD hab.
Mikołaj Pindelski, PhD (habil.), is a professor at the Warsaw School of Economics and the director of the Postgraduate Program in Sales Management. He collaborates with companies such as Mastercard, Santander, and Kearney and specializes in AI, digital transformation, sales, business growth, and international expansion. He works as a strategic advisor, is a partner at IMMOQEE, and a member of the Strategic Council of the 3U10 Investment Art Gallery. He also cooperates with universities worldwide and is the author of numerous academic publications. In his free time, he is interested in art investment and sailing.
